Intervision
There is regular participation in an intervision group in which quality, expertise and treatment effect is assessed.
Evaluation
Members of the NVVP are obligated to undergo detailed evaluation of their practice every 5 years. Inspection is an assessment tool for quality assurance as described in the LVVP guidelines.
Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM)
ROM is a method to evaluate and improve treatment services. A common way of measuring the results of treatment is through one or more validated questionnaires completed before and after treatment. This gives insight into which symptoms have decreased and which problems possibly still remain. If necessary the treatment can then be further adjusted.
